Human Development Coaching

I am passionate about seeing people change and use their full potential. I want to be part of this process, using both human technology (attitudinal training & healing) and learning systems (e.g. tools on a CD or internet). Ideally I believe in blending these technologies.

This passion and interest comes from pulling through rough times in childhood and making wondrous discoveries - career changes, strange people, a painful divorce, alienation from my 3 kids, doing my first ultra-marathon running ... and other happenings. Along the way I: received a certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology; qualified as a Social Worker (to "rescue" the broken world - of course); specialised in addictions counselling; and later became a Human Resource Development Practitioner. At this point I turned to computers to support learning and trained up as a programmer...crazy things!

Next? Change and project management...and a few other things. I am still designing and delivering technology based learning tools. In some strange way all these experiences are blended into my Business, Life & Career Coaching and Consulting.
