This section covers a range of items explaining my coaching practice. I provide Business, Life and Career Coaching, as well as other consulting services, some mentioned on this website. This can be via the internet (video call, audio call or chat session) or telecall (mobile to mobile or mobile to computer) using the various options explained below. Using the Enneagram: "Know Thyself"
You can take the FREE Enneagram profile (below) to get a deeper understanding of yourself, your strengths and growth areas. The Enneagram is an ancient developmental tool, initially used for spiritual growth and understanding. Now it is widely used in business, personal and career development, team building and many more applications.
I have used it as a key tool for: a) understanding myself and my relationships; b) how to address blocks to my development and c) how to unravel key life-challenges - turning them into meaningful goals and impetus for change
(Note: Change, for me, has also included embracing paradoxes and unwelcome realities. Finding a sense of inner peace to accept what I cannot change - but having the courage to change what I can.)
